老板为什么总听不懂我说话？

我老板，40岁出头，澳洲男，好几次我跟他说话他都特别莫名其妙地看着我，完全不明白我在说什么，问题是，旁边的同事都听明白了，应该不是我英语差吧?而且我还不是跟他聊天，是说工作上的事，那些事都是他让我去干的呀？尽管每次我都努力再跟他解释，尽量用特别简单的词表达，情况并没有得到改善，觉得很尴尬，现在我索性尽量少跟他说话了，邮件来往，该怎么办啊？

Does he mean he can't understand your English or so what?
Did you start your talk with " I think there is a problem in...", " I need your approval to do sth." or " I finished sth."
Sometime I realized myself starting with a lot of reasons instead of an opinion/request/report. It feels like I was thinking loudly. But for other people especially bosses, they don't have time to follow my thinking.
Observe how your colleague talk to him and try to figure out the problem.
