投资房，交给中介打理。租给两个鬼佬，还是marketing manager。
刚刚收到中介的报告，就说很脏。每个房间的评价都说脏！但是没有其他设施损坏。有两个房间说墙上有小的marks。
这样的房客可以继续住在里面吗？还有这 Minor marks to walls我有权要求修吗？
Ensuite
Could be cleaner. No signs of mould. No damages noted.
Bedroom 2
Another very messy bedroom. Minor marks to walls. No other damages noted or repairs requested.
Kitchen
Requires cleaning. However everything is in working order and no damages noted.
Bathroom
Not as clean as we would expect. Otherwise no obvious damages or repairs requested.
Bedroom
Again the bedroom is not very presentable and could be tidier. I saw no issues however. (1 photo)
Entrance/Hall
Minor marks to walls. Otherwise ok.
Lounge Room
The property is not well kept or nicely presented. They are not very clean or tidy. In saying that, I could not see any obvious damage or areas of concern.
Laundry
Quite cluttered and messy. No damages to note.
