毕业了学校会报告移民局你毕业了吗？

LZ年底毕业了，但是之前签证是到明年才过期，毕业了，学校会把情况报告给移民局吗？能回来参加毕业典礼吗？一般COE时间之后多久要求离境啊？

好少有留学生的问题
Generally, if you finish your course earlier than expected, once (or if) the school reports your early completion to DIAC, you'll have 28 days from your course completion date (as determined by the school and reported to DIAC) to depart Australia or lodge a valid visa application for a further visa to remain in Australia. If you complete your course on time (not early), then the expiration date on your student visa applies. That's why the completion date of your course is so important. Would suggest you contact the school immediately and find out if they have reported your completion to DIAC, and if so, what completion date did they (or will they) report.
In practice, it's rare for DIAC to go after people who finish their course early and stay in Australia and work, etc (unlimited work once your course is out of session) for the remainder of their visa - part of it is luck, the other is how early you actually finish and your course completion date is reported to DIAC.

我觉得问题不大。。。
我以前同学好像都是签证快到了才回去。。。这段时间可以到处玩一玩。。。
但是我不是100%确定

根据我贴的英文，具体来说，就是要看，你是提前毕业，还是按照申请签证的原计划毕业。
如果是原计划毕业，那就可以呆到过期
如果是提前毕业，那就得看学校是否申报，每个学校都不一样。当然，就算申报了，移民局一般也不会来查，查到了算UnLuck。不过如果你想离境的话，这个还是有点风险的。

可是我准备回国过年，然后再来，有风险吗？如果海关回来会不会给我拉黑名单啊
