公司里一个同事走了. 在招网络工程师. 公司在collins st上, 是一个law firm. 不知道有没有同胞愿意申请.  有兴趣的同学可以私信我索取HR联系方式

Network and SecurityEngineer

Support and develop the networking, communications andsecurity infrastructure of the firm. Role reports to Infrastructure Manager.

To be successful for this roleyou must have:
·       Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or thecompletion of specialist systems courses in related discipline. Current CiscoCertification CCNA or CCNP highly regarded.
·       IT professional industry experience 5+ years in similaroperational environments (WAN spanning multiple locations, 250+ desktops, 100+Servers).
·       Demonstrated experienced in Networking and Securityinfrastructure, analysis, maintenance and management.
·       Experience provisioning and operating in a cloudenvironment, including security, networking, compute and storage resources.
·       Knowledge and design experience using multi-disciplinarynetworking infrastructure. Including routing protocols (HSRP, BGP, EIGRP);server technologies (Active Directory services, DNS, DHCP); communicationsystems (VoIP telephony, video conferencing, mobility); and networkinginfrastructure (switching, routing, gateways, WAN acceleration).
·       Strong background in security with Checkpoint firewallexperience essential; DMZ infrastructure design and analytics experience highlyregarded (monitoring, internal, perimeter and cloud defences, remote accesssystems, service and mobility solutions).
·       Technical operational understandingof core software and hardware systems from Microsoft, VMware and Citrixoperating and management systems; Communication platforms such as Exchange,Lync and Polycom; networking platforms from Cisco, Riverbed, AudioCodes andCitrix.

You will also have thefollowing skills and abilities:
·       Exposure to business finance including budgeting, planning,procurement and maintenance agreements.
·       Commitment to customer service including delivering onservice and performance level agreements.
·       Project management including resource planning, allocation,provisioning and ITIL foundations and practices.
·       Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills acrossboth business and technology
·       Demonstrated ability to deliver on both operational andproject based responsibilities.

澳洲，好多CiscoCertification CCNA or CCNP要求的职位。
请问，有这个证书，在澳洲真的有这么好找事情吗？

个人感觉, 证书在老外心里的地位要比国人高, 但是也不是万能钥匙... 技术和经验还是最重要的, 再多的证书, 面试时候一两句就知道你的底了.
我们现在管网络的, 每天感觉蛮轻松, 搞不定了就给cisco, ISP support 打电话, 让人家给解决... 而且据说电话那头的support大多都是中国人. 呵呵..
