      We have a 3-bedroom house in Ngunnawal ACT. We are looking for housemates to share the house with us.
The house itself is fully furnished. We have TV, DVD, gas heating, airconditioning, ceiling fan, very comfortable recliners in the living room. Your room is fully furnished with a single bed, airconditioner which can be used as a heater in the winter, a build-in wardrobe, a desk and a chair. It is a sunny brignt room.
There are various bus stops near our house, going to City and Belconnen. It properly takes you less than 5 mins to any of these bus stops. It takes you around 10 mins to walk to the local shops. If you owes a car, it is only 5 mins drive to the Gungahlin Market Place for shopping. You can park your car in the garage or off the street.
NBN Internet is available.
$135 per week for the room and share bills with us, including gas, Internet, electricity and water ect. No bond is required. 4 weeks rent in advance!
We are looking for somebody is quiet and tidy. 3 months lease at least is a MUST. This room is for 1 person ONLY.
