怎么支付罚单啊？

今天停错车，吃了一张罚单
按照罚单上写的要求，来到网站：
http://www.sdro.nsw.gov.au选择pay the fine，然后发现在线用信用卡付有0.4手续费所以想用BPAY付进nab网上银行，选择biller code 36848
提示输入Customer reference no，将纸上的Infringement number输进去，继续支付，提示： 400147: The Customer Reference Number is invalid. Please check the number on your bill and try again.我把这个号，输到在线信用卡支付好像是可以的，难道不是Infringement number吗？求大家帮忙解答，谢谢！
