                We are a rapidly growing Australian company specializing inthe manufacture and packaging of Milk powders.
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Salescoordinator with 3 to 5 years’ experience. You will provide marketing and clericalservices to the Business Manager.
Key responsibilities will include,
Sales orders and Invoice entry into the ERP system.
Sales Forecast entry into the ERP system.
Logistics administration.
Export and Shipping documentation.
Liaison with the Warehouse and Production.
Handle Customer complaints.
Coordinate Customer visits.
To be successful for this role you must have the following:
Good ERP system knowledge.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Understand and interpret policies and procedures.
Be able to work under pressure and deadlines.
MS office skills.
