Experience in supporting and maintaining Windows Servers / Desktops, Active Directory, Microsoft Office, linux

Experience in supporting virtualisation and thin client environments desirable

Experience in supporting desktop, laptop, server and network hardware, including switches, routers and firewalls

Strong troubleshooting skills

Ability to maintain support documentation

Good communication skills

Customer service focused

Self-motivated with a disciplined work ethic

Ability to work both independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team

Professionally present

Results driven / Attention to detail / Fast learner

Current drivers licence / Ability to travel to Client sites

Tertiary qualification in PC Support/Networking (Uni/TAFE/College) an advantage

You MUST have:

Speak Mandarin & English

Willingness to work flexible working hours on an "as required" basis
