We are an online training company, we train coaches and we currently have about 10 different niches ranging from life coaching to business coaching to parent coaching -! Even grief coaching Our program is accredited with an international peak body and is a rigorous 125 hrs over 12 . months It is priced between $ 5,000 - $ 7,000.
We currently have around 1,000 active students from 90 different countries and an Alumni of about 4,000 students. We have 45 staff who all work from home and are mainly located in the US, Australia, China, Taiwan, & India (we have 3 staff in Europe too)

The Job
WE are looking for a full time Sales person

-. The position is totally flexible We do not care where you work from Having said that you need to be contactable and connect with the rest of the team We run most day to day chats and connections via .. skype.
- We use CapsuleCRM for our sales database Leads are allocated to you as they come in and we close all sales on the phone and in email ..
- We are a very family oriented company We have cancelled meetings with 4 or 5 people before just because one person found out their kid was competing in a school sports day at the same time as the meeting If it can be done we are all .. happy to go out of our way to support family
- We are serious about "self-management" It is assumed that you have your shit together and if it starts to fall apart that you 2.) know how to support yourself and b) know how to ask for support from us In .. other words we work really well with empowered, self managed people and we do not work so well with tahe victim / martyr types :)
- .. Working at ICA give you instant access to a global community Our staff all love travel and often stay at each others places Our Chinese Program Director lives in Dali, China which is an incredibly beautiful place
- Oh you need to be fluent in Chinese and English :)
