One room available on quiet  14 Neville Street, Carnegie (SE Suburb Zone 1, next to Caulfield) in a 3 BDR flat with a sizable living room. Available for rent for one person (female preferred) on 31st October 2014 or earlier by negotiation.  
The room has a walk in closet and is furnished with a single bed, and a bedside table (a chair available upon request). The flat features Unlimited ADSL2+ Internet Service ($20/person/month), Gas Heating, stove, oven, household appliances, and furnitures. Seperated toilet and shower. Plenty of off street parkings. There is a park and a swimming pool nearby (7 mins walk)

13 mins walk to Glen Huntly/Ormond train station. Woolworth is next to Glen Huntly station and IGA is next to Ormond Station.Share with 2 easy going Mandarin speaking young professionals (1 female and 1 male) who work full time during normal business hours.

Looking for One Female flatemate. Ideally, it would suit a professional working in normal business hours who are quiet, friendly, tidy, mindful and considerated. No pets allowed as per request by our landlord. House cleaning duties to be carried out per flatmate per week.
