Seeking a Part-Time Office Admin (Account Assistance) to join a busy team for a logistics company in Epping VIC 3076.
We require you to be a highly motivated, proactive and an adaptable all-rounder providing administrative support and conducting data entry as the company grows. You will be required but not limited to:
? Answer office telephones
? Internal office support
? Data Entry (including simple book keeping, experience preferrable but not essential)
? General filing
In order to succeed in this position you will possess:
? An excellent telephone manner and respectable presentation in FLUENT ENGLISH
? Initiative, attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
? Proficient computer knowledge.
? High level of attention to detail
? Demonstrated ability to work as an individual as well as part of a team
? Demonstrated high level of oral and written communication and well developed organisational skills
