Positions Available

Account Manager
· Responding to client questions and enquiries related to trading and account management
· Contacting prospective clients to open brokerage accounts for FX traders.
· Proactive client/prospect management skills to achieve personal and team targets.
· Developing a persuasive but professional/compliant sales approach to converting clients
· Responding to inquiries from clients via email, live chat and phone for accounts.
· Provide 1-to-1 Coaching, assistance with technical aspects of the platforms and trading products.
· Assisting prospective clients via Email and Live Chat.
· Assist Partners and Managers in special projects as needed.

Stock broking Assistant
· Review and approve new account applications and to provide guidance to wealther management sales for on-boarding a new client.
· Review and approve change requests for existing accounts where required
· Review and approve payments and stock transfers for client accounts
· Maintain various registers
· General administration tasks suchas filing, scanning and collecting mail
· Flexibilityis needed to provide support for the team in areas such as project work, ad hoc administration and other duties as directed by management

Private Wealth Advisor Assistant
· Assist with basic client queries and questions
· Preparation of Meeting Packs
· Liaise with Fund Managers / Insurers / Third Parties regarding client needs / enquiries
· Liaise with Planning Analysts / Advisers in preparation of advice documentation and portfolio reviews.
· Provide support to Advisers, Planning Analysts and Client Service Supervisor as required
· Ensure all work meets regulatory requirements and compliance standards set by the organisation
· Assist with the ongoing improvementof the organisations processes and systems
· Assist in the ongoing implementation of the client service model
· Data entry and maintenance of client data utilising internal software systems

· Preparation of month end data
· Daily accounts reconciliation and processing
· Bank and general ledger reconciliation
