A translation and publishing house inMelbourne is seeking experienced desktop publisher with Web publishingexperience for a range of full time or part time positions.
The positions attracts a range of dutiesincluding desktop publishing work like brochure layout, web publishing, editingflash and other multimedia projects.
The work also includes coordinating withclients to obtain the necessary input for the projects, obtain approvals andresolve issues.
The successful candidate must have goodworking skills on a variety of applications (Quark, InDesign, Illustrator,Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Flash and other common tools), experience in deliveringdesktop publishing and Web projects and project coordination.
Key considerations include:
Excellent oral and communication skills
Good time scheduling skills
Experience in managing suppliers
An eye for detail
Working on very tight project timelines
