关于offer 工资条款请教

remuneration 中有一段话
From the commencement data, your Total Salary (TS), will be the amount of $ A gross per annum which is inclusive of Annual Leave loading and exclusive of Superannuation.
Your annual TP (Total Package) comprises the following:
Gross base rate pay (TS)    $ A
(
inclusive
of 17.5% annual leave loading)
Superannuation    $ B
(currently 9.5% of the base component of your package)
哪位高手指点下,  这个inclusive of annual leave loading , 怎么理解?  谢谢!

when you take annual leave, you get $11.75

樓主是casual工吧，沒有entitlement

就是合同上的基本工资包括17.5%的leave loading. 很多公司不管你是否休假都会额外每年付给你17.5%的leave loading payment. 也就是大概额外多给你3.5天的工资。但是如果你的工资高于CAP ，那么leave loading会是fix的Cap amount.
楼主不是casual. 所有leave entitlement都有。

It means you are not entitled to 17.5% on Annual leave holiday...no matter you are at work or Annual leave, you will get the flat pay

假如 是 8万。
假如每周做 37.5 h
你这个 实际年薪是 78937.38 并且按照这个基数来算 Super

actual = X *52*37.5
