具体要求:
You have at least 3 years experience in Account Management with a focus on supporting and running the digital programs of the clients you look after.
Reporting into the Senior Account Strategist, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day relationships with clients and ensuring their needs are met through the coordination of agency resources to deliver exceptional work and levels of service.
You are strategically minded and relish the opportunity to help solve our clients marketing and business challenges. You enjoy writing insight led briefs and helping with research and digital strategies.
You are personally passionate about digital and proactively seek out information and experiences that help expand your knowledge and experience in this area. Reporting into the Senior Account Strategist, you are responsible for managing day-to-day relationships with your clients and ensure their needs are met, by coordinating agency resources to ensure your projects are completed smoothly.
Skills & Requirements
Have a genuine interest and solid understanding of the client's business and digital marketing objectives.
Develop positive relationships that reflect true partnership so you can help them be successful in achieving their business objectives.
Develop your presence and your perception as an authority/expert to engage clients in the world of digital communications and be a trusted, knowledgeable source of industry information and developments.
Have a solid understanding of the technical Lowe Profero disciplines that you are representing
Effectively set and manage expectations of client and internal teams, whilst ensuring Lowe Profero has time to deliver quality work
Be a master of our internal processes, deliver effective internal briefings and provide appropriate materials to the team
Provide consistent and effective support to Project Managers and ensure that all projects are executed to plan through close collaboration with Project Managers
Use your personal passion and creativity to contribute your own ideas and opinions on your client's business, how we work, and the industry we're in; establish a presence in the agency; have a voice in meetings.
Specific responsibilities of the role
Your role will be working within the Account / Strategy team working very closely with project management, technology, performance and creative teams.
You'll be working on a fast paced account with an interesting mix of projects.
You'll be exposed to clients up to a senior level and will find reward in delivering for those clients with the support of your highly experienced and skilled team.
