1次雇主面试 with The Ernst & Young

IT Advisory Senior Consultant, Performance Improvement, Brisbane
网投,HR电联,Executive Director视频面试我。
2周后HR电联和我说Executive Director很满意,但是 they don't have headcount anymore. 可能14年3月会有预算,到时候会再联系我。我要是情况有变动,也请电话通知她。
(我面完--1个小时+20分钟,觉得这次有戏,结局却是残酷的)现在4月了,我明天得电话问候一下HR。
除了HR电话,我什么联系方式都没有。老大的Email也没有,现场怎么也得拿个老大的名片啊!
2012年11月21日登陆Perth,至今1年多了。我在Perth只有2次面试,我居然还在找工作。
虽然义工/学习/Club让自己充实快乐,但越来越急迫地想工作。反思,求变。
找工作,依旧在路上。Perth,2个面试机会。

Senior HR manager with Citic Pacific Mining
--1st interview with HR Director (very positive, confirmed 2nd interview time before I left and introduced me to other -teammates);
--2nd interview with HR Advisor, failed.
Feedback: HR Director said he did not understand, maybe I am too ambitious. Don't answer perfectly, be more natural.

Business Systems Analyst with the Department of Education
(I was so happy to get the interview. I know I will enjoy the job.)
I've done my best, I score myself 80/100 in the interview (3 interviewer).
Result: they interviewed 6 people. The successful candidate has over 25 years experience in Oracle system (HR/Payroll module).
Feedback: she said my skills are not that practical........
