                We are a residential developer with aprimary focus on master planned communities, inner city medium density andsuburban land developments. Due to significant growth across our business; aunique opportunity has come about for an experiences development manager tojoin our team based Clayton south.
This opportunity really does favors someonelooking to join an experienced team of people that have a great reputationamongst their industry peers and a history of developing and mentoring rallytalented people around them.
Some of the key task will involve:
-
Providing leadership for the delivery and commercialperformance of major residential land development projects;
-
Leading project delivery across master plannedcommunities, including the management of consultants and contractors;
-
Leading and managing product design and approvalprocesses;
-
Ensuring on time / on budget delivery of all projectstages, including approvals and title procurement;
-
Maintaining strong relationships and influence withlocal/state government and other key stakeholders; and
-
Ensuring the highest quality Estate presentation ismaintained at all times.

Sales and Marketing andconstruction/ delivery focus on active projects.
-
Financial management andreporting of project outcomes in accordance with project budgets andfeasibilities.
-
Stakeholders communication andrelations including key suppliers, govt authorities, consultant and serviceauthorities.
To be successful you willrequire:
-
A minimum of 3 years relevant experience in the landdevelopment industry,
-
A proven trackrecord of leading major development projects
-
Related qualifications in construction management,property development,
-
Fluency in both Chinese and English Language
You will also be able to demonstrate experience with managinglarge project budgets, stakeholder engagement, and possess a soundunderstanding of marketing strategy In return acompetitive salary will be offered.
