原来一个公司，欠我1000多块superannuation，我给他报到了ato，过了n久，ato来信说
We have received confirmation that on 1 May 2014, xxx was appointed liquidator.
When a company is liquidation, it is the liquidator's responsibility to advise if there are sufficient funds to meet your employer's superannuation guarantee obligations.
这是说公司破产了，不能付我的superannuation了吗？我觉得是老板故意破产的。

进入liquidation程序以后会按照法律步骤分配最后的资金。资不抵债破产后资金是不能随便支付的,要等公司处理了资产收回部分债务以后看资金情况,按法律规定的先后顺序支付。你只有等吧。
