About the Job
We are looking for fashion store team members
As a member of the team you are responsible for the day to day operations of the store. The following is used as a partial description and is not restrictive as to duties required.
* Completes store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
* Achieves sales objectives by preparing an budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
* Responsible for maintaining stock levels on merchandise currently in the concept.
* Responsible for your stores physical inventory.
* Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
* Maintains the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
* Determines marketing strategy changes by reviewing operating and financial statements and departmental sales records.
* Maintains operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
