做法:
1st Biscuit base
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees.
2nd Crush the biscuits finely in a blender or put them in a plastic bag and crush with a rolling pin.
3rd Melt the butter and mix it with biscuit crumbs.
4th Press the biscuit mixture into a bottom of a cake tin with removable edge, 24 cm in diameter.
5th Bake the base in the middle of the oven for about 10 minutes, let cool.
6th Reduce oven temperature to 130 degrees. 7th Filling
Beat the cream cheese and cottage cheese in a bowl.
8th Mix in powdered sugar and vanilla sugar.
9th Stir in one egg at a time and finally whipped cream. 10th Chocolate swirl
Break the chocolate into pieces, melting it in a water bath (in a bowl over boiling water) and add the coffee.
11th Mix half of the cheesecake batter with the chocolate. 12th Cheesecake
Pour half of the bright mixture over biscuit base.
13th Spoon over half of the dark chocolate mixture, cover with the remaining light batter and spoon over the remaining chocolate batter. |
