Stir until well combined.In a small saucepan, heat almond milk on medium-high heat. Once it starts to steam, turn off burner. Stir in carob chips until melted. Dog Treat RecipeMakes 25 cookiesIngredients2 cups whole wheat flour1 tsp baking powder1 cup natural peanut butter1/2 cup almond milkDirections:Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
In one bowl, mix flour and baking powder. In another bowl, mix peanut butter and almond milk.
Gradually stir in wet mixture with dry mixture until well blended.
Turn out dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead until smooth. Roll out to 1/4 inch thickness and cut using cookie cutters. Place on non-stick baking sheets.
Bake for 20 minutes or until lightly brown. Let cool on wire racks.
Refrigerate or freeze in air tight containers or Ziploc bags.

Makes 30-40 cookiesIngredients3 cups rice flour1 cup gluten-free rolled oats1 teaspoon cinnamon2 eggs2 tablespoons olive oil1 cup of unsweetened apple sauce1/4 cup waterDirections:Preheat oven to 325°F.
In a large bowl, combine rice flour, rolled oats, cinnamon, apple sauce/grated apple, eggs and oil. Mix well.
Add water to make a stiff dough.  Place on a lightly floured surface and knead well.
Roll out to a thickness of 1/4-inch to 1/2-inch. Cut using your favorite cookie cutter and place on baking sheet.
Bake for 30 minutes. Cool on racks and store in container to refrigerate.

Combine flour, eggs, pumpkin, peanut butter, honey, and cinnamon in a bowl. If needed, add water, but the dough needs to be dry and stiff.
Roll dough into a 1/4-inch-thickness and cut with cookie cutter.
Bake for 30 minutes and let cool on racks.

Makes about 30 cookiesIngredients:2 cups brown rice flour1.5 cups oat flour1 cup carob chips1 teaspoon cinnamon1 egg1 cup waterDirections:Preheat your oven to 350F degrees. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
Combine all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Use a spoon or use your hands to knead the dough to moisten it throughout. Continue until you have a stiff, dry dough.
Roll out dough onto parchment paper or floured countertop. Dough should be ? inch thick. Use cookie cutter to cut into desired shapes. Place on lined cookie sheets.
Bake in oven for 20-25 minutes. Place on cooking racks and store in fridge or freezer in air tight containers.
