This is a great opportunity for a qualified and experiencedOffice All Rounder to join a leading supplier of products and services to thefast paced FMCG industry.
* 40 Hours per week
* Base salary + super
* ASAP start
* Parking onsite
* Close to train station
* View to take contract long term
The main remit of this role will be to provide office support to the salesteam. Your duties will include but not limited to the following:
- Answering telephone inquiries, reception duties and customer services.
- Ad hoc administration duties and team support as required.
- Manage database e.g. data entry, maintenance and upkeep.
- Document review, sorting in a timely and accurate manner.
To be considered for the role you MUST possess:
- Excellent verbal and written English skills.
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role.
- Professional manner with clear communication skills.
- Microsoft office skills – Word and Excel, etc.
- Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills.
- Pay attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously.
- Valid driver's license and able to drive.
- Mandarin and Cantonese speaker are highly desirable.
