We are currently seeking a store manager-chief mechanic with experience and automotive trade qualifications to join our team.

Reporting to general manager directly, you will be responsible for the daily operation of one of workshop across melbourne metro area from our multiple stores.


As the manager of the store your duties will vary from assisting the mechanics in the workshop to delegating and scheduling work whilst maintaining company standards, policies and procedures.


Your Skills:
   Good computer literacy
   Reliability and punctuality
   The ability to work in a team environment
   Great communication and customer service skills
   A current Motor Mechanic Trade Certificate or equivalent
   A very high knowledge and skill set that allows you to excel in vehicle diagnostics
   The ability to service and repair vehicles within the industry bench marked time frames
   Proven ability to work in a fast paced environment and under pressure
   Attention to detail and an exceptionally high standard is expected of your workmanship
   Mandarin/Cantonese speaker would be an advantage

The Job:
   Managing a store dealing with all mechanical and servicing repairs
   Sourcing parts, booking in and delegating jobs to the workshop team
   Answer the phones and deal with customers
   Identifying and bringing in new work  
   Store management responsibilities; balancing till, opening /closing the store
