Situated in Dianella, near morley galleria shopping centre, conventry village, dianella shopping centre and Mirrabooka shopping centre. 9km to Perth CBD.







Direct buses to city and ECU Mt Lawley campus. Spacious house on safe and quiet street. $140 per week inclusive all bills (electricity, water, gas and unlimited wifi ADSL 2+ internet). Bond of two weeks' rental required.
