Must have experience in a sales environment Long term career opportunity available Salary Package with Performance Bonus Job Description The Wholesale Representative is responsible for developingand executing sales activities to grow sales within a defined region whichcontributes to the overall company sales targets. Reporting directly to the director, your duties will includebut not limited to: ● Identifysales prospects, explore the market nationally and drive sales growth in a ● definedregion. ● Marketresearch and design the marketing campaign. ● Developthe marketing material, design sales contract and service agreement. ● Conductregular marketing activity through different channels, including letter, email,radio and newspaper. ● Explorethe new client by cold calling, physically visiting and consistently followingup. ● Correctlyanswering inquires as to product questions, availability, pricing anddeliveries; ● Manage andimprove the client database, identify the potential clients, maintain theexisting wholesale customer relationship. ● Recruitand manage a sales team, leading, motivating, and inspiring individuals in theteam to achieve and exceed sales targets. ● Maintainand develop reporting systems to monitor sales activity and customersatisfaction, prepare weekly and monthly report to director. ● Activelymonitoring the position of the company in the marketplace, increase the brandawareness. ● Work withour production and warehouse teams to ensure the efficient fulfillment anddispatch of orders. ● Implementspecial sales activities to reduce stock. ● Performtasks relating to estimating, costing, quoting and purchasing to a highstandard. ● Working asa team in efficiently achieving administrative support tasks. ● Developand maintain the service agency nationally. ● Troubleshootingissues as they arise both for customers and supporting field ● crews.
