[澳洲移民] 澳洲入籍考试模拟题及相关说明

当你拿到PR一年后,就可以加入澳洲国籍了。按照中国目前的政策,如果你加入澳洲国籍后就等于自动放弃了中国国籍。入籍后,第一次申请中国签证时你的中国护照会被剪个角,自此就作废了。关于入不入澳洲国籍,大家说法不一样。不过这不是本文要说的。如果你想入籍,是需要参加一个考试的。现在都是在计算机上考。一共有20道选择题,答对15道就可以通过入籍考试了,也就是75分以上及格。
入籍考试的材料,你可以从澳洲政府官方网站上订购书或DVD或者上YOUTUBE上看。都是免费的。
需要注意的是,书分两部分。一部分是考试会考到的内容(testable section),另一部分只是供你参考阅读(non-testable section),考试的内容不会出现在这部分中。网上流传的考试模拟题中,有些居然是第二部分中的,所以这个就不用看了。例如XX悉尼网站上的模拟题,就是这样的。
参考书的名字叫Australian Citizenship: Our Common Bond《澳洲公民身份我们共同的纽带》,这个资料是有中文资料,但考试是英文的,所以即使英文不好,也最好看英文资料吧。如果英文有看不懂的地方,参考一下中文资料到是可以的。

澳洲入籍考试总的来说是很简单。你把这个参考资料阅读几遍基本就没问题了。但我不想在这事情上出问题,所以还是做了仔细的阅读,结果考试时,有些问题还不是非常的肯定,主要是我自打小受共产主义教育,你知道的,当我们回答关于民主的问题时就没法用西方的自由思想了,呵呵。这个考试应该是从题库中抽取了,有些非常简单,有些还是比较细节的,而有些还对参考资料做了一定的演绎,并不是原文照搬。所以对你参考资料要熟悉到什么程度就看你的了。我的建议是,书籍先阅读1-2遍,把你不熟悉的一些地方标记出来,查一查你不熟悉的单词。然后做一些模拟题。官方网站上的20道入籍模拟题,绝对要是非常熟悉的,都是在入籍考试题库里面的题。最后反过来再把参考资料阅读2遍,看看有什么漏掉的地方。嗯,忘了说了,我最后得了100分。有三四不是非常肯定的也都答对了。
另外,很多中文网站上都有入籍考试模拟题,但绝大部分的都很不靠谱,试题的内容是书本(Australian Citizenship: Our Common Bond)里没有的,大家就不用浪费时间了。当然如果你对澳洲感兴趣,那是另外一回事儿。

如下这些词汇估计是不少人不太清楚的。如果考试碰到相关的内容,单词都不认识的话,那就比较困难了。
Judaeo-Christian 犹太-基督教
Bill 议会里的提案,不是账户,这个似乎是必考的
Secular 现世的,世俗的。澳洲是非宗教国家,没有所谓的国家宗教。(伊斯兰教在某些国家是国教,这就是非世俗的。)
Ballot  投票,澳洲的选举是无记名投票,不是举手投票,呵呵,这是讽刺谁呢?这个也是考试题。
ACE(Australia Electoral Commission) 澳洲选举委员会。是一个独立的机构,专门负责选举的。
Head of State 澳洲的首领。Head of State 是英国女王。
Royal Assent 澳洲议会通过的议案是需要皇室签字通过的,只是走一道程序。
Legislative Power,Executive Power,Judicial Power 立法、行政、司法。西方民主国家的基本政治制度的原则。
Anzac 澳新军团士兵。
Chief Minister 澳洲有两个特别行政区(Territory),堪培拉和北领地,区的区长叫Chief Minister,与州长类似。

Shire 郡。在澳洲一般叫CITY
Monarch 君主,澳洲是有女王的,但她的权利是受法律制约的。
Union Jack 就是澳洲国旗左上角的哪个米字,其实就是英国国旗。
