About the Role:
Responsible for the successful placement and transition of job seekers into sustainable employment, by providing a high quality and individually tailored service.

Core duties of this role include:
?        Mentoring Jobseekers to overcome employment barriers and support them through a tailored job plan;
?        Networking to strengthen relationships with local employers;
?        Create employment opportunities for jobseekers
?        Ensuring all activity is appropriately recorded, documented and adheres to compliance requirements; and
?        Providing Post Placement Support to Jobseekers and Employers.

Skills and Experience:
?        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
?        Strong administration and compliance capabilities
?        fluent English and Chinese in writing and speaking
