Requirements: • Bilingual - Mandarin & English. • Relevant trading experience is preferable •1-3 months Internship period • 2 days per week of availability • Willingness to learn professional skills/knowledge in the FX market • Excellent communication skills –both verbal and written • Ability to provide exceptional and consistent customer service
Key responsibilities: • Work towards specific KPI's (monthly sales target) • Use trading techniques including fundamental &technical analysis to provide general advice to current & potential customers • Correspond with current clients on a regular basis for additional needs and create referrals • Keep up-to-date with the financial markets and current affairs • Convert prospective warm leads into new clients and communicate our company’s products and benefits effectively
