We are a carpet importer and retailer with offices throughout Australia. Due to the re-structure of our company, a new position for Accounts/Admin Assistant became available. This full time roll will be based in our Sydney office.
You will be reported directly to the Finance Director.
Your responsibilities will include:
? Processing invoices
? Accounts receivable/payable
? Bank Reconciliations
? Assisting in Management Reporting
? General office duties
To be considered for this position, you will have:
? Attention to detail
? Ability to work effectively under general supervision
? Excellent organisational and time management skills
? Accurate Data Entry Skills
? Knowledge of a variety of computer software, including word processing, database and spreadsheet applications
? Accounts/bookkeeping experience preferred but not essential
