Fantastic opportunity to join a public real estate company, as an administrative assistant you need to provide significant administrative support to management.
This position involves a lot of responsibilities and, during your work; you will get acquainted with many procedures, operations and learn new things. Therefore, the advancement prospects as a administrative assistant are quite high.
Main responsibilities
Answer the telephone, takemessages, transfer calls to staffOffer visitors, clients, partners information about the company and its activityReceive and send e-mails, memos,etcHandle correspondence, documentsand reportsWelcome and attend visitorsType, print and make copies of important documentsMake travel arrangements and hotel reservations for the customersBook conference rooms, organize conference, meetings and other eventsParticipate at meetings andhandle the agendaType, copy and distribute meeting minutesMaintain office suppliesMaintain schedules and calendarsOrganize and maintain file records and databasesOperate office equipment such as fax, copiers, printer and phone systemProvide services for customersCollect and organize client information and make reportsAssist the management in all business related activitiesEnsure maintenance at working place

Very good written and oral communication skillsShould be highly organizedEfficiency in time managementAbility to work under pressureAttention to details and problemsolverInitiative and able to workwithout close supervisionComputer skillsProfessional appearanceMandarin speaking skills a must
