To be successful for this position, you MUST have the following:
? Equivalent or close to native English speaker for verbal communication, intermediate writing skills
? Fluent verbal Mandarin Chinese and adequate writing skills
? Honest, reliable, punctual and highly responsible
? Professional telephone manner and desire to achieve high
? Self-motivated and have a positive attitude
? Ability to operate Microsoft Package (Excel, Word, Powerpoint etc.)
? Ability to work effectively
? Organised approach to daily tasks and superior attention to details
Your responsibilities include:
? Answering customers’ phone calls and assigning enquiries to the right staff/store
? Updating customers’ data
? Writing monthly report to Director
? Other general administration duties
