吃货但又怕长肉.......于是教练给了我这些菜谱.分享给大家.(PS: 所有食谱不添加任何盐和味素.)

偶尔满足自己..
woolworths买的pancake mixture+牛奶+香蕉(水果以个人喜欢)
鸡胸肉切一半.夹火腿,cheese放烤箱里烤30-40分钟)
酱(虾仁+牛奶煮30分钟.用blender blend)
