在我们收到的拒签信中，会有一些案例是因为签证官的明显错误并且是Administrative Error, 在这种情况下，我们有机会不通过MRT的途径直接要求移民局改判结果。关键是要证明移民局在作出拒签决定的时候有Administrative Error。我事务所目前正在处理这样的一个案例，MRT的资料已经准备好，随时可以递交。但是为了客户的利益，我们也在争取移民官成人Administrative Error, 这样就可以快速帮他翻案

一个被拒的485案例，移民局告诉客户决定已经发出，无法更改，必须要去MRT. 在我们的干预下，移民局同意和学校进一步沟通，然后告知我们结果。 Here is part of the email received from case officer on Dec 5, 2012: "As noted in my decision record I verified his study using PRISMS. As such, I will discuss the situation with the University and inform you of what is determined."

前几天谈到的一个被拒的案子，我们试图让签证官直接推翻决定。遗憾，签证官不承认是Administrative error,所以只能走MRT了。
I am writing to you in response to the phone call and emails regarding the case of Zhiwei Tian. I have revisited the case and conducted my own investigation regarding his study. In my investigation, I used evidence supplied by yourself and Fiona Board.
When the client transferred his from the Master of Professional Accounting to the Master of Professional Accounting (Extended), his Academic Institution did not generate a new COE ID and as such, when his study was verified using PRISMS it was only registered as 78 weeks of completed study.
As the administrative error was not a result of DIAC processing, we are unable to reverse the decision. I would encourage Mr. Tian to consider taking his case to the Migration Review Tribunal.
