请问各位 持过桥签的时间算在4年居住时间内么？
本人有1年多持pr过桥签

我想问一下：
我的情况是这样的：
2006-2009年在澳洲读本科，
2010年7月拿到PR，当月回到国内，现在还在国内。
如果我现在回去的话，我是要在澳洲呆满4年才能入籍还是只要再呆1年就可以申请入籍了啊？
因为在拿到PR后已经在中国呆了超过1年了，所以不清楚我现在的情况要多久才能入籍，请达人解答，谢谢

5. JP签字的照片（考试半年后申请的朋友一定要照片和JP签字，考试完立即就申请的可以忽略）
为什么移民局网站上写的是必须要有人在相片后面签字呢 而且这个人还必须是认识你一年或以上, 并且不是随便什么人都可以帮你签字的
As well as your identity documents, you will need to have the identity declaration section of your form completed by a person with the appropriate authority. This person should also sign the back of a passport-size photograph of yourself.
The identity declaration must be completed and signed by an Australian citizen:
who has known you for at least one year and belongs to a

, and

is not related to you by birth or marriage, and

is easy to contact by telephone during normal working hours.

The person that signs the declaration must also write on the back of your photograph the words: This is a true photograph of (your full name) and sign the photograph using the same signature.
The photograph must be:

of good quality against a plain, light coloured background (laser copies are not acceptable).

嗯，这个问题我问过我已经入籍的朋友，他说因为不是每个人都能找到一个已经认识一年以上的citizen的，所以JP签字也是认可的。而且他是考完试就立马去申请的，当场approve的。而且我发现移民局那个网站上说的，和实际的程序有不小的出入的，实际程序反倒简单很多。

请问楼主一下，是不是要按现在1300t表上的10个step来做？
很多帖子都说电话可以预约然后直接考试，考试结束后才递原件上去，不用寄cetified copies去移民局；
还是要准备所有的材料，cetified好，然后寄去移民局，才能网上或者paper申请？

对啊，我一开始就写了，预约有三种方式，电话预约，online预约,和in person的，你选任何一种都可以的啊。online和paper预约的，其实都是同时提交材料的了，而且考试之前都会验证你的材料的。
你按1300t的来就好，我的帖子就是把那个按实际的经验综合了的。

1. 从申请到考试真的要3个月这么久吗?
2. 从考试到收到APPROVAL LETTER只需要一周吗?
3. 我最后一年离境60多天,虽然没有满90天,会被刁难吗?
4. 是只要找JP在照片后面签字就可以吗?(他不认识我,没超过一年)
5. PAPER和ONLINE哪个快一点,如果PAPER可以ONLINE CHECK PROGRESS吗?
因为私人原因,关于1,2时间的问题对我还蛮重要的,理想是3周内搞定从申请到哪到APPROVAL LETTER
我的考试地点是SYDNEY
