有关485职业评估的问题 急问 T.T

我是nursing的毕业生，我2周前递交了485的申请， 然后按照要去提供了申请skill assessment时候的receipt了。可是前两天突然收到邮件说我的application已经分给了CO。说要我补skill assessment的材料，可是我明明就已经传了做skill assessment的时候的receipt。 于是我发邮件问， 他们的回复是 “At time of lodging your application you must have provided the evidence of having at least applied for the skills assessment – which you did do.  Now you must provide the actual skills assessment letter from ANMAC to this office, as requested.” 请问有人知道什么是 actual skill assessment letter啊？ T.T

谢谢回复啊，可是他们要我在28天之内把职业评估的结果上传，我是护士，职业评估要8到12周，所以我现在应该怎么办啊？ 我现在只能给他们recepit.

485.224  
             (1)  The skills of the applicant for the applicant's nominated skilled occupation have been assessed by a relevant assessing authority as suitable for that occupation.
             (2)  If the applicant's skills were assessed on the basis of a qualification obtained in Australia while the applicant held a student visa, the qualification was obtained as a result of studying a registered course.

楼主满足了递交485的条件，只是目前485的审理速度最近一直在加速，所以分到CO时没有职业评估结果。而楼主的职业评估结果要8～12周，因此，这个，不是楼主的问题，而是职业评估机构的问题。CO不可以拒你的。因为上MRT必赢。
楼主请直接告诉CO职业评估的时间，让他继续等待即可。
如果楼主不希望因为超过28天补不齐职业评估结果而被拒签，从而上MRT的话，可以将签证官的邮件发给职业评估机构，让其加速处理你的职业评估，通常来说，职业评估机构都会配合的。
不过，485本身就是用来拖时间的，因此，建议楼主就让CO慢慢等好了，有移民法在，CO不可能拒你的。

But New Regulations said,

楼主满足：

而且，楼主并没有违反：485.224呀485.224              (1)  The skills of the applicant for the applicant’s nominated skilled occupation have been assessed by a relevant assessing authority as suitable for that occupation.             (2)  If the applicant’s skills were assessed on the basis of a qualification obtained in Australia while the applicant held a student visa, the qualification was obtained as a result of studying a registered course.
没出结果，又不是楼主的错。

Note:          The primary criteria for the grant of a Subclass 485 visa include criteria set out in streams.
                   If an applicant applies for a Subclass 485 visa in the Graduate Work stream, the criteria in Subdivisions 485.21 and 485.22 are the primary criteria for the grant of the visa.
                   If an applicant applies for a Subclass 485 visa in the Post-Study Work stream, the criteria in Subdivisions 485.21 and 485.23 are the primary criteria.
                   The primary criteria must be satisfied by at least one member of a family unit.
                   The other members of the family unit who are applicants for a visa of this subclass need satisfy only the secondary criteria.
                   All criteria must be satisfied at the time a decision is made on the application, unless otherwise stated.
