820签证~要求补材料~求解释~

今天收到了移民局的来信~由于本人是现在是BVE，原因略去一万个字~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
所以，我只有拿到820 才能回国。
所以，我想知道，我大概什么时候能拿到签证。
