PSW最新消息出炉！！！无专业限制的2年工作签证！！！

移民局今日通过MIA发布关于Post-Study Work Visa (PSW)的最新消息！PSW将归于485签证下，预计最快将在明年3月份开始接受申请，申请费估计为$1,260！

【新闻要点】

  1、485临时签证即将更名，新的PSW签证将归于新的485签证类别下；
  2、PSW的签证要求和TR485类似；
  3、只有在2011年11月5日之后申请学生签证的同学才有资格申请PSW；
  4、PSW签证无专业限制，只要学位在本科以上的毕业生均可申请；
  5、与Masters学位捆绑的Graduate Certificate/Diploma的学习年长被承认。

- The Subclass 485 visa will be renamed the Temporary Graduate (Subclass 485) visa, and it will have two streams:
* Temporary Residency (Subclass 485)更名为Temporary Graduate (Subclass 485)，其下分两个类别的签证：
1、Graduate Work Stream
l Will remain similar to the current Subclass 485 visa arrangements.
* 与现有的TR485类似，只有会计、IT、工程类等“移民专业”的同学可申请

2、Post-Study Work Stream
l Only available to those who applied for their first Student visas after the introduction of the Genuine Temporary Entrant (GTE) requirement on 5 November 2011. People who applied for Student visas prior to 5 November 2011 will have to use the Graduate Work Stream if eligible;
l Must have completed an Australian qualification with six months before applying for the Post-Study Work Stream visa;
l Must meet the Australian study requirement (ie, CRICOS course(s) for at least 92 weeks, completed in no less than 16 months);
l Must be less than 50 years old;
l Must be in Australia;
l Must have Competent English (ie, IELTS or OET test, or hold a passport from the UK, Canada, New Zealand, the US or the Republic of Ireland);
l Australian qualification must be at AQF Level 7 higher (ie, Bachelor. Masters, Doctorate)
l Can hold a packaged lower qualification such as Graduate Certificate or Diploma that articulated into a completed Masters degree;
l Does not require a nominated occupation

* 只有2011年11月5日之后申请学生签证的学生有资格申请PSW；
* 必须在毕业后6个月内申请PSW；
* 必须拥有在澳境内至少两年全日制的学习经历；
* 年龄需在50岁以下；
* 申请时必须在澳洲境内；
* 雅思至少4个6
* 申请人学历需在本科或以上
* 承认与硕士课程捆绑的Graduate Certificate or Diploma学习时长
* 无专业限制要求


Visa validity
l Doctoral graduates: Four years
l Masters by research: Four years
l Bachelor and Masters by coursework: Two years
* 本科及函授式硕士学位的毕业生将获2年期限，研究型硕士和博士毕业生将获4年期限

- The Subclass 485 visa can only be held once, meaning current 485 visa holders cannot access the Post-Study Work stream. All current Subclass 485 visa holders will have work and study rights.
* 485签证只能申请一次，现TR485持签人不能再次申请PSW；
*现TR485持签人将继续拥有工作和学习的权利

应该是使用TR485的收费标准，相较于TR485，要求有所降低，但相信价格是不会有差别的。

请教一下楼主，0.5年Graduate Diploma+2年Masters degree，因为我满足10年内工作8年，所以我想把Master的压缩到1.5年，这样GD+Master刚好2年，这样能拿到2年毕业生工作签证及2年学习的这5分么？不知道我毕业时申请EOI能不能保住10年内工作8年这15分.....

2. GD+Master，满足2年，依然可以获得2年学习加分，以及申请2年工作签。

邀请函都还有段时间吧？就不知道到时候时间是怎么算的，我怕丢了这宝贵的15分。

意思就是说，Graduate Certificate或Graduate Diploma课程，加上Master课程（无需2年的），达到2年，同样可以申请2年的工作签。

毕业前应该是不能申请的，因为你还没有完成学习，并且也无法做职业评估。
