CPA Skills Assessment有效期问题

    This Assessment is valid for a period of five years from the original assessment date.
i got that on my letter (issued Feb 2010).
in addition, on the CPA website it says:
If you have already obtained a suitable skills assessment for your nominated occupation before 1 July 2011 and apply for a visa on or after 1 July 2011, the Department of Immigration and Citizenship will advise if you need to obtain further advice on your qualifications and/ or skilled employment from CPA Australia. This information will be requested if required to support your claims when the application is assessed.

You can still use the old CAP skill assessment for migration as long as: (From DIAC)

1. a departmental-endorsed ASCO-ANZSCO correlation for that particular occupation exists  (
Accountant YES
)
2. that occupation continues to be an acceptable occupation for skilled visa program purposes (
Accountant YES
)
3. the skills assessment is still valid (validity periods are determined by skills assessing authorities and may differ between occupations/authorities).

根据CPAA官网：
Unless otherwise stated on your assessment letter, your skill assessment
is valid for 24 months
from the assessment date
另外他们早上又回复说是：
from CPA Australia's perspective your application remains
active(rather than valid)
for 5-years and you may update your assessment at any time within that period without being charged another $475AUD (with exception to appeals which will incur a review fee of $125AUD).

根据我的理解，所有的assessment有效期都是两年，只是针对2010年7月1日前取得的，给予五年内免费根据最新rules update的权利。但update需要四个七，等于扯淡。

今天上午打到阿德雷德签证中心，想咨询一下CPA Skills Assessment有效期的问题，在电话旁等待了半个小时之后，
接线员给我的答复是：The Immigration can only accept skills assessment within 3-year range....

    保修的话，还是考四个七，去update assessment吧

    我发信给CPA了，他们给我的回信里说：
     You assessment is valid for 5 years....
     然后又说了一大通：It is your responsiblity to contact DIAC whether it can be used for your migration applicaiton....
     然后又解释了一下，关于update的一些requirement，其实就是要求重考4个7
