以下情况能不能加工作经验的5分？

A在国内是大学本科计算机专业毕业的本科生，现在在悉尼读某个大学的IT Master
在他读书期间（也就是说还没有拿到Master学位），找了个part time的IT工作，有payment，打税，每周20多小时。工作满一年后，能不能加澳洲工作经验一年的5分。
如果能加的话，职业评估时应该是拿他的本科学位还是Master学位去做评估？

Part-time是可以加分的,满足每周20小时，有super，有PAYG（交税），就可以。
但关键是，YGJ要求＂Employment must be skilled＂意思是必须通过相关职业评估或者取得相应学位之后的工作经验才算。如果本科是在国内读的，很有可能只有通过职业评估之后起积累的工作经验才算，不过说法也不一样，还是早点做职业评估吧。

20个小时应该是可以的，但是关键的一点是必须acs说这一年工作经验算，ymj才认可。
可以拿去acs评看看，如果工作经验不算的，对职业评估还是没有影响的。
建议用澳洲的两年学历做职业评估

PT每周20小时应该是是可以加分的吧。
我主要想搞清楚的是A在工作的时候还有没有毕业，也就是说没有拿到毕业证书，这种情况下累计的工作经验能不能算。

Your relevant Assessing Authority which undertook your skills assessment may also provide an opinion on your skilled employment experience. The department will consider the Assessing Authority’s opinion when awarding points.
If you want to claim points for your qualifications and/or work experience in your nominated or closely related occupation you should forward all the relevant documents to the relevant skills assessing authority. Based on your documents, the assessing authority will provide advice to the Department of Immigration and Citizenship on your qualifications and/or work experience. The department will consider this advice when awarding points for your qualifications and work experience.
Note: If your qualifications are not in a relevant field to your nominated occupation and you want to claim points, the assessing authority will be unable to provide advice to the department. In these circumstances, the department will make a determination of how many points will be awarded to your qualifications.
移民局在判断你的工作经验和学历是否能够加分的时候，
移民局只是会参考ACS的意见。
工作经验加分，只说了是提名职业就可以了，并没有说要通过评估后的经验才算的，这是两回事情吧。

其实就是想利用政策打个擦边球而已，学生签证一周只有20小时的工作时间，超了就是违法。如果你敢用这个超过20小时一周的算工作经验，第一时间被拒，不用什么评估了

那就正好20小时好了，这些都不是问题。
只想搞清楚，国内拿到大学本科的文凭后，到这里来工作的工作经验能不能在移民时派上用处。
