Can anyone tell me where I can download FORM 26EH and FORM 160EH for Health Check? Not Form 26 and Form 160, but the ones with "EH", as CO asked for them.

And...does anybody know if "Evidence of Overseas Qualification" was indicated as "not applicable"...What does it actually mean?

Please provide certified evidence of overseas post-secondary educational qualifications, this evidence could include academic transcripts or letters of completion (in the letter of completion, please ensure that the education provider includes the course commencement and completion dates, attendance status and medium of instruction).

I finally know why I couldn't find it, because the Case Officer granted my Medical Health Check as "Met", but indeed it has expired and he/she actually asked me for a new one...

What's the problem with me? Mine was the Bachelor degree, how come the Case Officer asked for a post-secondary educational qualifications?

问题搞清楚了，是我的CO要求我的体检报告重新做一个，但是却给我的状态弄了个“met”，所以我在网上没有找到那两个表。
另外关于海外学历证明，485是不需要的啊，为什么我CO缺弄了个“not applicable” 呢？ 我发邮件给CO了，不知道有没有类似情况的同学
