RSMS雇主担保移民119/857签证对雇主的要求:
1. 积极和合法的在澳洲运作生意;
2. 对提名职位支付薪水的雇员有真实的需要;
3. 提供至少连续2年的全职工作
4. 提供的职位为需要专科以上学历
5. 生意符合所有的澳洲法律和移民法要求的记录
RSMS雇主担保移民对境外申请人（119签证申请者）的要求:
1. 在申请时，有专科以上学历或者相关澳洲文凭
2. 在申请时，必须提供至少2年全职工作的约见信或者雇主与申请人都签字的工作合同。
3. 在申请时，必须符合提名职业所要求的允许工作各种执照、注册或者专业会员资格，而不需再培训。
4.在申请时，年龄在45岁以下。
5. 在申请时，雅思至少平均4.5分。
6. 必须在到达澳洲起的6个月内开始工作，在提名职位工作至少2年，（更换雇主可能会被取消签证）。

Migration Alliance is in receipt of the following RSMS information from various sources including State / Territory Governments:
1. It is most likely that IELTS band 5 overall will be required
2. It is most likely that a Skills Assessment will be required
These are the changes we presume that the Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC) will be implementing according to the recent review of its Permanent Employer Sponsored visa categories. These visa categories include the Regional Sponsored Migration Scheme visas.
