谢谢孙老师，这个我原来也考虑过，是不是读完研究生以后，还需找到工作并且两年以上才能申请呢？我原来是觉得这个有些时间长，怕澳洲的移民政策在这几年内再发生变化；我现在这个想法是听了国内的移民中介的介绍后暂定的，还没有确定的想法，想听听您的建议，多谢！

申请190签证，需要获得州政府担保，递交完EOI申请并获得邀请信后，才能正式递交190签证申请。3周内应该是不能完成上述过程的，做好需要离境递交申请的准备。建议你这几天多联系州政府担保机构和移民局，争取在澳大利亚境内期间多做材料方面的准备。

如下是NSW州政府担保的要求，你可以开始准备雅思四个六分，和职业评估申请。
年龄 30
雅思四个六分 0
学历 15
工作经验 10
共计 55分，如果获得州政府担保还能额外获得5分，共计60分。

The New South Wales Government will nominate applicants with high level skills and experience required in New South Wales under the Skilled Nominated subclass 190 visa. This visa requires nomination by a State or Territory Government to the Commonwealth Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC).
MINIMUM ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTSThe NSW Government may nominate a limited number of skilled migrants annually.  To qualify, you must meet the minimum eligibility requirements.
Age
You must be less than 50 years of age at time of application to DIAC
English Language
Applicants must sit the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) and score at least a six (6) on each of the four bands (Writing, Speaking, Listening, Reading).
Certain occupations require a higher standard of English in order to obtain a positive skill assessment. Please refer to the assessing authorities' English language requirements.
Occupation
Your occupation must be listed on the NSW State Nominated Occupation List.
NOMINATIONIn order to qualify for NSW nomination, you must score at least 60 points on the DIAC points based migration test. Please refer to DIAC Booklet 6 for more information.
As the occupations, skills and experience are in demand in Sydney and regional NSW nominated applicants may have enhanced employment prospects. However, nomination does not guarantee employment.

在澳大利亚境内持有有效的签证，获得邀请信后，递交有效的190签证应该是能够获得过桥签证的。

英文能力:雅思4个7
最高学历:master of professional accg
职业提名: - -应该是accountant吧
工作经验:无
社区语言:NAATI三级笔译
职业年:无
配偶加分: 无（男朋友同时间毕业，但是雅思4个6，要读PY，通过职业评估就是2015年。。。所以这个只用作备选方案）
州政府担保：无

目前很难预料2014年初EOI会计的邀请分数线是多少，65分当然较有把握，60分也还存在一定的可能。关键要看明年一年申请的情况，到明年中下旬你关注一下趋势。
年龄：25
雅思：10
学历：15
两年学习：5
翻译：5
已经积累满60分，未来一年的时间可以争取一下四个八分，如果能够达到就万事大吉了。
或完成学业后分数没有达到要求，再考虑就读职业年或积累一年的相关工作经验。
以上是独立技术移民的计划。
