by the way, the agent is focusing on the success rate of application (though not 100%)...Not your overall feeling or understanding of living overseas, not your sacrifices.
The job they offer is very hard for you, with no such physical competency working as a labour;
The setup cost is to be high and your settling place maybe quite remote from major cities;
The salary is NOT achievable at all, DO NOT be optimistic on that....
This visa requires you tied up with the employer for 4 years, what if you find out later you are not physucally fit for the job? If you quit, you get nothing, NO PR...

simply, you rnew life will be:
Hasseling around for settledown a place to live, getting transportation, schools and surrounding environment;
Everyday, tired like a *** and you may not hang on for that long to satisfy the visa requirement...
Your life quality will turn negative for next 5-8 years.....if you are lucky, after you get the PR visa, leave the factory, you may turn it around.
To understand how your life will be, simpy go to the same factories in Beijing, and havae a look at their workers...you will know more a bit about the truth
