I am helping my parents to apply Visa 103. But I have some questions regarding this visa:
1. Form 47PA: "the applications must meet health and character requirements"
For the character requirments, my parents can provide police check results to DIAC, but what documents should provide to DIAC regarding "health requirement"? I haven't found any documents regarding this issue in the checklist of Visa 103. If the application need to undertake a health assessment, when and where should they conduct this assessment?
2. Form 47PA. my father has visited Australia 4 years ago, but he cannot find the details of visa for that trip (stayed around 2 weeks in Austalia), can he just leave Q11 "visa number" blank?
3. Form 47A. The main application is my father, and the second application is my mother. And no other appliactions/dependent in Form 47PA. So, should they also fill out Form 47A? (my understanding "dependent" is regarding "financial" and "health", is that right?)
3. Form 40. I am going to sponsor my parent. I am holding visa 885. Qestion 14"have you or your partner previously sponsored/nominated any person for a reaming relative visa". The fact is, my girlfriend and I applied visa 885 together, she was the main application when we lodged 885 application and I was the second application. I should click "No" or "Yes" for Question 14?
4. Form 40. Question 27" have you or your parner previously been granted a visa on basis of being a remaining relative" What's this means? Both my girlfriend and I are holding visa 885.
5. Form 40, Q57 and Q58. My understanding is Form 40 has nothing to do with my parent (I mean they do not need to sign anying for Form 40). So I need to sign for Q57 and my girlfriend needs to sign at Q 58, is that right?
