一个电话直接打到paul那里,那边还一个劲的说他忙呢,我说这样吧我们不跟你盖了,给了他一顿嚷嚷,此间省略100字,明显的那边也没想到我们这么厉害一时间也不知道怎么办好了,最后只说会汇报给上级。然后我们给他发了确认Canclelation的信。
下午立马就有一个Geelong地区的operational manager打来电话,大概意思就是说他们之间没有沟通好云云,我说我不想听那些,他就说我们的plan都画好了时值星期五见不了面只好说星期一见面详谈,这个manager名叫mark,mark人还挺不错的,想跟我们积极解决问题,还想给我们盖不想让我们走,我跟老婆一致认为最近没有那么多的房子盖所以才这么挽留我们。说要给我们最好的Offer,给我们最好的SS,最好的Qaulity,这些都是纸上谈兵我们根本不为所动,结果一看Plan我们更心凉了,Paul给我们的估价是21W 多点,但是那只是"估价"等确切价钱显示在Contract上却是23w 足足多出了将近1w 5这还没有去Gallery选东西呢。。。Gallery在花点。。。。这大大的超出了我们的预算,最可气的是,Paul骗了我们,他们画出来的Plan比我们该出来的足足少了13平米,我和老婆当时就不想在谈了,就要退钱,4个月,做出来的不是我们要的而且比我们要的要小但是价钱却高出那么多。。。。但是那个Mark说那是Paul出的问题跟他们没关系,但是他愿意积极解决问题给我们那么大的,再给我们些discount。最后我只是想退我的定金,但是他竟然给我来了一句"we wont give umoney back,cos we have spend on thedrawing"我靠,我和老婆立马据理力争,然后他又改口说只能退一部分因为已经花钱在上面了。。。。下面附送我跟mark之间的email

There must have been a misunderstanding we will not keep your entire deposit there will be some refund but have spent some small amount of money on preparing the project. I am open to discussionswith you on this, I will bring my best offer to the table and we will change your floor plan to your liking. As I mentioned we will customise to your liking.

A way of still securing your discount and maintain the past base price is to let the deposit remain with us. If we refund and re-deposit then there will be an increase in base price which maybe $4000 as base price rising occur quarterly to cater for material and labour increases in the building market.

If you find a builder which provides you a better offer and service we can’t match I will give you the money back.

We are a reputable company and I will be more than fair and reasonable to whatever actions you would like to take and ultimately the decision is yours.

We have been think about our building process, we still will considering what Simons can offer us, but we need our deposite which is $1000 back strait away, I m not very happy what you said to me last time about you can not give me my money back, if this is what simonds does, I will not build with simonds at all and I won't even think about it. During last 4months what u did is a smaller floor plan for us and a higher price than we ask, it is over our budget and we are very worry about our house quality and timing, please don't tell me you have spend money on the drawing because this should be done 3month ago and should be done it correctly, I won't pay any money for a wrong floor plan and it has been delayed for 3months. As I said we need our deposite back then we can talk about our building process again. Ok ?otherwise we won't Have any patience and confidence to build with simonds. If you are not give our $1000back, we will complain to head office also we will complain it to fair trade association. There was not any point we put deposite that early because Paul told us that $1000 is refundable, if you not give us back at this stage we won't trust simonds at all and simonds will get bad reputation.

最近正在跟Metricon谈,他们家的话lindeman27我跟老婆都很喜欢够宽敞,看看价钱出来怎样,simonds 给我们的site cost是fixed13000去metricon做了个Qoute给我们的虽然不是fixed但是他们说最差也就是h class,给我按H算的,是7000多点,如果是M的话会更便宜,Warralily那边是一片平原。。。。估计不会特别高的sitecost

质量我就不知道了,因为还没开始造。
不过我也碰到过你类似的问题,就是我的地本来是今年7月交,我去年8月的时候去DISPLAY HOUSE,SALES说现在可以给你建个档,但不能算 报价 因为太早了,然后过了三个月再联系我谈报价的。
对了,你去C家谈过没? 现在有什么BONOUS马?
