Brick veneer 或full brick/double brick? 大家看法如何？

多谢LS,看过参考贴，有比较过优缺点，但无谈性价比。当付出很多，但只是提高了某些性能，而另外某些性能又低于不用加钱的，会否值得？

双转成本太高了，其实单砖加中央空调就可以了。。。

One disadvantage of double/full brick is it has too much thermal mass.  Like someone mentioned before, in long hot days the brick absorb a lot of heat durng the day and it takes much longer to cool down the house.  To get the house temperature down, your air-conditioner will need to cool down all the brick walls first.  Same issue in winter, if the weather is not that great, it takes a lot of effort to heat up the house.  All the brick walls need to be heated first before the house will feel warm.  And brick is not good insulator.  So your heater will need to run very hard to keep inside warm, while the brick wall is actually drawing the heat to outside.  Think of the energy cost.

Would the cavity between two brick walls prevent rapid heat conduction through masonry wall?
If not, you will probably need some additional thermal insulation to achieve required R value. Usually I would suggest a layer of foam insulation could be placed inside the cavity to break the thermal bridges in double brick wall.
