申请PPR 和 first home grant

打算自己申请PPR 和 first home grant，看了FORM, 有2个文件不知道哪里弄，请高手指教
1. the original completed transfer of land
2. a photocopy of the stamped transfer showing the amount and the date the duty was paid and the Victorian Land Titles Office dealing numbers

通常银行会帮助申请，可以诋掉一部分首付款

投资转自主， 要SETTLE后才能申请

如果有conveyance或者律师的话可以让他们帮搞。这两个文件应该是settle后才有的，申请的两个东西都是refund，不能直接在stamp duty里面扣的。

1.https://www.landata.vic.gov.au/tpc/tpc_menu.aspx. 2. Click Titles & Property Certificates. 3. you need to register and get your own user name and password.4. Then 7 steps will be showed, specify your property address by using title details or street address, and confirm. 5. select certificates- Instrument Search Inst *****(TRANSFER), (normally would be the second one on the list). 6. select it and you need to pay $6.45 to purchase it online by using credit card payment. 7. after confirm the payment, you will get the stamped stransfer of land from the email account that you registered at the beginning.
以上就是详细的步骤。至于第一个ORIGINAL 的那个你可以问律师要，他们会有COPY。

我原来在昆州的时候也以为律师是管的呢，谁知道我的律师告诉这个东西要自己申请，反正他最后也没帮我

我的conveyancer 在交割完基本都不愿搭理我问的问题了，都是“找xxx去要” 之类的
我问他要 original completed transfer of land， 他让我自己去landdata 申请。
请问谁知道这个东西在 landdata的术语里具体叫什么什么？ land data 网站上好多名目看起来都差不多，怕选错了耽误事。
另外，我按照7楼的步骤申请了一个“Transfer of Land” （左下角有 大大的T1的标识），这个就是“2. a photocopy of the stamped transfer showing the amount and the date the duty was paid and the Victorian Land Titles Office dealing numbers” 了吗？
