i'm currently living in Lidcombe, bought the house 2.5 years ago.
Shopping is convenient, you can go to Cosco or Auburn or Flemington.
Transport is convenient for sure.
If you want to rent out rooms, it's very easy. The room in my house is rented around $175-180 per week.
I think Korean are much more than people from Middle East country in Lidcombe. You can see that one side of station most of the shops are running by Korean.
The only thing I'm not happy with is the schools. No good schools around the area. So I'm considering to buy another property in the next year.
