便宜没好货，让人无语的某华人律师（过户师?)，求助

LZ请蛋定一下，律师还真不管这事，有EASEMENT很正常，除非你需要建个奶奶房。
这次律师躺在中枪。

我以前看房子，律师确实告诉我房子的Easement，有的房子还是因为有easement才便宜，因为毕竟牵扯公共利益，说挖就挖，你是没有权利说不的，而且还要保证上面不盖房子，那块地基本上只能看不能用了。
楼上说的家家都有的是主水管吧，不是真正影响生活的easement.

律师看合同有无问题，比如权属啊什么的，EASEMENT他们不太管的，要自己看的，几十万的房子，自己都不上心，不能指望律师上心啊。
一个floor plan在那里摆着，一块整地，除了房子外还标有另外的东西和英文单词，一定要自己查查字典看看的。

有easement律师在看合同的时候应该提醒一下的。但是可能不说也不是律师的错吧。感觉对房产价值影响不太大，除非这个easement在房子中间穿过去。

我们看房时律师也有告诉我们，通常是指council的eastment，自己家的那个基本每家都有，但是有council的就不一样了，会影响房产增值，因为水管出问题时，council可以到你的院子里挖土找问题，如果位置在院子中间的话，这个院子基本就废了，打理再好也没用。我当时看的那个就是在前院的正中间，所以我们后来没要。中介对这个问题的态度是：买家不问他绝对不提。所以我觉得律师有义务提醒买家，要不为啥还要让律师看合同。
