Ask a asbestos specialist to come to give an onsite quotes for removing all the asbestos in your house.
Then they will tell you what are the asbestos and how much need to remove all of them etc.
So you will know. And have an idea how much. (Wont cost you toooo much)

I was told by many many people, if you dun drill or scratch it, it is OK.
BUT, a building consultant had also told me, we should remove it. Because the dusts will slowly 'scratch' their surface via the air circulation in your sub-roof.
Then the harmful material will flow in the air and come down to the house via the downlight, air vents etc. And affect your health.

My personal view: If doesn't cost that much, so why should we put our family's heath at risk? Maybe i am over reacted, but i just cant afford to take a risk. So i did remove all in my house.
